The summer youth and children's programme has been very much alive and kicking at Hope over the summer break. Over 450 spaces for children and young people were offered to the community for children through from 4 to 16 years. Our younger children aged 4 to 9, explored the stories around Joshua and the spies as they joined in with spy camp and then headed into the wild wild wilderness. We thought about being brave, listening to God and keeping our promises. An all age trip to Preston Park was the mid point supported by Scripture Union. The youth enjoyed some social time to build relationships including a visit to the beach, ice skating, trampoline park and ended with a huge trip to Flamingoland. We thank God for the opportunities we have had to share in faith, build relationships, listen to God and step out in faith We can't wait to continue to build community, relationships and walk in faith with these children and young people into the autumn term.
